Hello from Ms, Ok the brass tax is some times instead of improving games.It's just best to leave things as they are. When pogo first came out in the early 1980s it was the place to have the best fun ever ( Nintendo ) ranked number 2. Yes I agree with others, e.g when I get in my car I love to hear it start. Here's the latest with how screwed up EA/Pogo has made these games. I was playing Word Whomp, struggled to the carrot because of the ongoing freezing problems EA/Pogo continues to leave unresolved, and then didn't get credit for the win. It was counted as a loss. I attempted to go to the online Help but have you seen that now? Oy Vey! I never could figure it out. EA/Pogo has made it so complicated. I guess that they think if no one can figure out how to let them know how they feel then they will believe that everyone is happy because they are getting no complaints. They are getting no complaints because the Help is impossible to use!!

You are right Playing games on Pogo used to be fun,
I canseled my account and have stoped Playing Pop it Sprint one of the ones I liked
It is my unserstanding when you Play word whomp
the little signs have the word on them for that game !
I just played word whomp a few times and 10 of the 3 letter words I put in
the little guys shook their heads saying no that not one of the words
But when game ended every one of the 3 letter words showed up
I may be wrong but I thought pop had mad it in to the dictanry
I miss how the games worked you could size the board to your comfort

My Word Whomp is freezing all the time now. I hate the new format of the games...takes forever to get anywhere anymore...I hope someone's is reading these, because I can't find anything online to make a complaint or to get help. Even writing this it's not smooth and very slow....

Word Whomp • Negative Posts and Complaints about Pogo on the Forums

Due to the many current issues affecting members game play the Pogo Forums are receiving a lot of negative and unconstructive feedback. We are aware of the issues largely related to those unhappy with Embedded Game Pages (EGP), whether it be the design/lack of Pop-ups, or Games loading slowly, not able to continue after one game, or simply not loading at all. We are researching those issues and hope to have solutions in the coming weeks.

Because of the many current, common, and overly repeated complaints, and threats of unsubscribing we are simply going to remove or consolidate such posts as they simply are over burdening our Forum’s community in general. I would like to be clear, we are not ignoring these complaints and the issues that are triggering them. We are simply trying to maintain the forums as a relatively peaceful place where members can communicate in a positive and constructive manner.

Our Mods are here trying to help. If they remove a post it is because they are following Pogo’s and EA’s guidelines. If they feel for any reason that a post is negative or may incite negative responses they are well within their given powers to remove such a post.

Same here. Have to refresh after every game. Like this with all the games they have changed over. Don't think I will be paying to play any more.

Word Whomp • Pogo is listening! :)

We know a lot of our members, Free and Club, have been having various ongoing and continuous issues with using our site for the last several weeks and month. We are working hard to try and narrow down the causes of these wide ranging problems.

The Game Loading and not being able to continue after playing a game are two of the largest issues that we are researching right now. We have been working directly with a few members to try and narrow down the symptoms and possible resolutions.

We have found a few things so far that are preventing players from normal game play, including certain browser add-ons and security settings. In many cases simply resetting the browser to its default settings and disabling add-ons that are not necessary for playing our games will resolve the problem.

We are still gathering information and as we do so, we will try to figure out if there are any adjustments we can make on our end so that these settings and add-ons do not interfere with people’s ability to play on Pogo. In some cases we may need to provide our users with more details on how they can make adjustments on their end so that they can continue playing. More details and information will be provided as they become more solid.

In addition to that, we also continue to look into the issues with Pop-up Game Windows, not being able to purchase Gems, various abuse issues, as well as new and old bugs.

We understand that these last few months with changes to our site, games, and EA Support have been very trying and we are indeed working to improve the experience for our fans. We greatly appreciate your patience.

a while back the problem is the java 7 i still have't updated my jave\a so i am not having any problems

Ok after trying everything I could think of my brother uninstalled and reinstalled java, and adobe flash player. Now well for now I have none of the issues. To those whom are still having issues try this and see if it helps. It helped me. I couldn't thank my brother enough. Yes he works on puters. Give it a try what will it hurt?

As of today I have given up fighting a losing battle and cancelled my renewal to Pogo ad free games. I have till Oct. to change my mind which I would do if Pogo fixes these games to work the way they should/could/used too.

Only we the members can make Pogo take notice that this is a serious matter to those of us who have been loyal subscribers. Pogo does alot of bragging about having 1.5 million subscribers, how much bragging would they do if they lost 1/2 million or so of us.

Pogo used to be fun. (sigh)
